Welcome to Rocket Cart (the "App"), a 3D cyber-punk racing application. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, developed and published by Christian Giusto ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Rocket Cart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Use of Solana Wallet

Rocket Cart integrates with the Solana blockchain via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• We do not have access to your private keys or funds.
• All transactions on the Solana network are final and irreversible.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In accordance with the Solana Mobile Publisher Policy, you agree NOT to use the App for:

• Any illegal activities, including the promotion of narcotics or illegal substances.
• Harassment, hate speech, or the promotion of violence/self-harm.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Expliting or harming minors in any way.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach App security.

4. User Rights & Reporting

• Content Reporting: If you encounter inappropriate content within the App, please report it immediately to giustoeva@proton.me.
• Self-Help Remedies: We provide mechanisms to minimize disputes. Users have the right to cease using the App at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including graphics, code, and trade names, are the property of Christian Giusto or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Italy, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or blockchain interactions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
