• Public Wallet Address: When you connect your Solana wallet via the Mobile Wallet Adapter, we may collect your public wallet address to identify your account and save gameplay progress.
• Device Information: We may collect technical data such as your device model, OS version, and screen resolution to optimize the 3D performance of the App.
• Usage Data: General interaction data with the App's features for improvement purposes.

We DO NOT collect: Private keys, seed phrases, passwords, real names, physical addresses, or phone numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate gameplay and blockchain interaction.
• To improve the technical performance of the 3D engine on mobile devices.
• To comply with legal obligations and the Solana Mobile dApp Store policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). Your interactions with the wallet app (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control how these third-party wallets handle your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain User Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of any data associated with your public wallet address by contacting us at giustoeva@proton.me. We will process your request within 30 days.
